To demonstrate you nonprofit program's impact you need to:

1. Start with your purpose
2. Define program metrics
3. Set up systems and workflows to track the metrics

I know it sounds easy but it's incredible how many nonprofits don’t do this for each one of their programs and this is what funders want to see.
